Kansas City Weekend
These past few days I finally got the opportunity to travel a bit this summer. WOO!! It was a short, fun-filled weekend that was much needed. To make it better, I got to spend it with my two roommates I'll be living with in the fall, Emily and Claire. (I'm sure you will be seeing more pictures and videos with them. As you can see, they are just the cutest human beans to photograph and hang with).
Emily and I drove five hours to stay with Claire, and she showed us all the ins and outs of KC! One of my FAVORITE spots we visited was a clothing store called The Garment District. This special little boutique features clothing from local Kansas City designers. For a student about to enter college, the pricing was a bit out of range, but the sale section was definitely my best friend! I found the most perfect romper, and it was still fun to try on the unique clothing. If you like keeping up with the latest trends and are stopping by the city, I recommend checking this place out!
We continued our city journey riding the Metro Train to the City Market, drinking fresh lemonade and smoothies, and finally our last stop at the Union Station. Of course we had to document our day of adventure, so enjoy these pictures! Hope you're all having a fabulous summer!
